Kathy joined Fischer Cunnane in 1990 as a professional staff member and achieved CPA certification in 1993. She was named a non-equity shareholder in 2024.
In addition to her focus on accounting and auditing, Kathy oversees the firm’s ongoing compliance to accounting and auditing standards and inspections with an emphasis on fine details. She uses the same meticulous hands-on approach to client engagements to make sure she understands and addresses each client’s specific needs.
“I was drawn to accounting because it offers such an interesting blend of working with numbers, defining strategy, writing and research. It’s a very fulfilling career,” she says.
Kathy spends free time with family and involvement with her church. She and her husband Jeff have celebrated more than 35 years together and have two grown children.
