Douglas A. Pacitti

Through more than 25 years at Fischer Cunnane, Doug has served as a multidisciplinary business advisor providing a full range of services including tax, accounting, auditing and advisory support for privately held companies, not-for-profit entities and individuals. He has experience working in a wide variety of industries including transportation, telecommunications, professional services and more.

Working with a client’s overall vision and big-picture goals, Doug provides an understanding of the long-term impact of various alternatives, enabling the clarity necessary for clients to make informed decisions. “It’s fulfilling when you’ve been with clients from the early stages,” says Doug. “That continuity helps give me context and insight into their challenges, and it’s exciting to see them grow.”

As Director of Personnel for the firm, Doug is always looking to hire individuals with the ability and desire to become long-term team members. “I knew within just a few years of being hired that I wanted to be here long term because the shareholders made me feel valuable and were always willing to pass on their guidance. I hope I am able to do the same for the next generation of Fischer Cunnane employees.”

Doug is actively involved in community development, youth and education outreach, and resides in West Chester with his wife Melissa, and three children.
