About Donna
As a shareholder and the Director of Taxes at Fischer Cunnane, Donna provides tax-efficient strategies and resolves complex tax situations for individuals, CFOs, corporate tax managers, business owners and executives in publicly traded and privately held companies.
Donna sees her team’s role as evaluating the entire spectrum of a client’s activities and exploring multiple ways to minimize tax liability and remain in compliance. She often works in conjunction with a client’s team of professional advisors including the attorney, insurance advisor, bank lender and wealth management advisor to make recommendations that make the most sense for a client’s full range of objectives.

Whether she is performing a nexus study to reduce multistate tax liabilities, proposing a streamlined corporate tax structure, or acting as the point of contact to address international tax needs through BKR International, Donna approaches every client engagement as an opportunity to improve outcomes and uncover ways to reduce tax liability.
Donna volunteers with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as a member of the item Review Team for new questions on the CPA exam.
A champion for women in business, Donna has encouraged business opportunities for women at Fischer Cunnane and throughout the community. She also supports initiatives of the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry’s Women in Business programs as well as health-related initiatives and other charitable organizations. She is a resident of Glen Mills.
