About the Full-Time Position:
The Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager serves as a lead technical resource responsible for delivering expert tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to clients in a wide variety of industries. Candidates should be experienced in the taxation of corporations, partnerships, individuals, trusts and estates. You will work closely with the engagement partner and other team members, and play an important role in training and developing professional staff. Responsibilities include:
- Manage multiple client engagements
- Work closely with partner level leadership
- Review tax returns prepared by staff
- Research and resolve complex tax issues
- Identify tax planning opportunities for clients
- Train, supervise and develop professional staff
- Participate in business development and community outreach
To be considered for this position, requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree and CPA (Masters in Taxation a plus)
- Strong technical experience including 7+ years in federal and multi-state taxes
- Experience working with corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, nonprofit organizations and individuals
